Membership as the main journey
BCCS brings together companies, talents, and investors across fintech and Web3. The site needed to make membership easy to understand and give visitors a clear path from learning about the cluster to submitting an application.
We reorganized the website around membership, making it the main call to action while keeping service enquiries separate. We also introduced a member directory to showcase the companies already part of the BCCS community.
A platform built to grow with the cluster
We designed a component-based design system in Figma, built for reuse across the cluster's future products and communications, and aligned with how BCCS presents itself across its channels.

The member directory gives the cluster a visible, growing ecosystem, and the platform is built to scale as BCCS adds new products and services.
