Membership as the main journey

BCCS brings together companies, talent, and investors across fintech and Web3. The site needed to put membership front and centre, with a clear path from a first visit to a completed application, and keep service inquiries on their own track.

We restructured the entire information architecture around membership as the primary user journey. The membership application became the main call to action, with service inquiries handled through separate flows, and a member directory so existing members are visible to the ecosystem.

A platform built to grow with the cluster

We designed a component-based design system in Figma, built for reuse across the cluster's future products and communications, and aligned with how BCCS presents itself across its channels.

Membership is now the primary user journey, with a clear path from first visit to application. Service and membership inquiries are separated, so each reaches the right team. The member directory gives the cluster a visible, growing ecosystem, and the platform is built to scale as BCCS adds new products and services.
