Overview

Half a dozen disconnected tools

A small or mid-sized business runs operations across half a dozen disconnected tools: a store for orders, email and spreadsheets for client and pricing data, legacy software for invoices, and phone and paper for deliveries.

Off-the-shelf ERPs are too heavy, too generic, and too expensive to fit how the business actually works. Margins are only visible at month-end, and every invoice, credit note, and receipt is recreated by hand.

What we built

One system, shaped around the business

We built VVS, a modular platform that brings orders, clients, invoicing, inventory, and deliveries into one place. Each implementation starts with a discovery meeting, ships a working first version in two to three weeks, and grows over a few months with weekly demos. The client owns the code.

  • Dashboard with live revenue and order KPIs
  • Order management Kanban board
  • Unified client database
  • Automated Lithuania-compliant documents
  • Roles and permissions layer
