Many small and mid-sized businesses manage their operations across separate systems. Orders live in one place, customer and pricing data in another, while invoicing and deliveries still involve spreadsheets, emails, or manual work.
Standard ERP systems are often too complex or expensive for what the business actually needs. The result is disconnected data, repetitive work, and limited visibility into how the business is performing.
One system, shaped around the business
We built VVS, a modular platform that brings orders, customer data, invoicing, inventory, and deliveries into one place. Each project starts by understanding how the business works, with the first working version ready in two to three weeks. From there, we develop the system together with the client through regular demos and feedback. The client owns the code.
