Problem

The website no longer met modern design and user experience standards and was inconsistent with the company’s communication on social media.

The contact form was unclear and not adapted to different types of inquiries.

The website did not reflect the company’s growing communication needs or evolving service offerings.

Solution

We began the project by restructuring the site’s information architecture: services were divided into separate pages, and new pages were added to cover areas that previously lacked clear placement or were difficult to find within the content. We also integrated internal links throughout the site to make it easier for users to access related information through both navigation and within the content itself.

For language courses – the company’s core service – we created a dedicated inquiry form on a separate page. For corporate training, exam preparation (including IELTS), and consultations, we added individual forms at the bottom of each service page. This approach made it easier to submit inquiries and helped direct them more accurately based on user intent.

The website design was updated to align with the company’s visual identity on social media, preserving the illustration style and incorporating subtle animations for a more dynamic experience.

The entire website was optimised for smooth browsing on both desktop and mobile devices.

Results

The new website features a clear structure, easily accessible services, and a consistent visual style aligned with the company’s communication on social media. User-friendly contact forms simplify the inquiry process, while the technical implementation ensures smooth performance across all devices.
